Level Up!’s official advisory regarding Invalid PINs

Have you recently bought and topped-up a Level Up! game card and found out it’s invalid?

Here’s Level Up!’s advisory:

1. VALID CARDS – Before you scratch the card and load it up, please make sure that you check the EXPIRY DATE at the back. If the expiry year is 2014 (any month is ok), the card is good and will work as normal. You may load it up on your MyLevelUp! account.

   

2. ePINS (Electronic Pins) – If you are buying your ePINs from an Internet Café, there is no need to worry. All of Load Central’s ePINs have been updated and are working properly. This means that all Level Up! load purchased through any of Load Central’s channels after Jan 3, 2013 are GOOD and will work as intended.
3. REPLACEMENT PROCEDURES – If you still encounter the “Invalid PIN” error (shown below), Level Up! promises to replace your PIN (load) as soon as possible once you complete the Customer Support process which can be found here. 
   

Level Up! assures you that your PINs will be replaced within 24 hours from the time you’ve completely submitted all necessary requirements. You can also visit their office to have your load/cards/ePINs replaced. Here is the address of the Level Up! office for your reference:

Level Up! unveils Eligium PH during Domination 6

Eligium PH is the newest title from Level Up! that is set to be launched soon.

The game was unveiled at the World Trade Center earlier during Domination 6. Free beta accounts will be given away soon so better like the game’s official Facebook page for timely updates.

IP E-Games merges with Level Up!

IP E-games and Level Up Inc. is merging. The corporate disclosure recently filed at the Philippine Stock Exchange reads:

IP E-Game Ventures Inc. (E-Games), the listed online gaming subsidiary (PSE:EG) of IP Ventures, Inc., and Level Up! Inc. (LUI), have reached an
agreement to merge their Philippine online game publishing businesses. On February 14, the parties signed an agreement stating that most of E-Game’s titles and assets relating to its game publishing business will be transferred to LUI and the publishing operations of said titles will be merged into LUI’s associated online game publishing company, Playweb Games Inc.

In exchange, E-Games will receive equity in LUI, a commercial interest in Playweb Games Inc. (game publisher and operator of all game titles and services under the Level Up! brand in the Philippines), and a cash consideration.  The parties shall work in good faith to complete the deal. The appropriate disclosures and comprehensive statements shall be made at the appropriate time.

E-Games and LUI, as a merged entity, is expected to strategically benefit both companies as a result of future operational synergies and savings.

Ragnarok's 8th Year Anniversary

Philippine Ragnarok Online is celebrating its 8 years in the online gaming industry tomorrow, September 24th, at the Skydome in SM North EDSA.

Main event is the Ragnarok Philippine Championship 2011 featuring the 8 finalists – Andrei & Friends, Harabas, Montage, Wanted, Bitzbox, iLoveJeniko, `Coerce, and Ruff Ryderz.

Also, for those reaching level 70 from July 12 to 26 will automatically be registered in the Ruins of the Ancient Kingdom Mission Event. Reward is a level 72 Epic Wing (30 days).
