The 2nd PUP Otaku Xperience will happen on March 2-3, 2012 at the PUP Freedom Plaza, PUP Main Campus in Sta. Mesa, Manila. It is presented by the PUP Otaku U Rule who will also be celebrating its second year anniversary with the event.
The organization will also be launching the Ignite Anime campaign during the event. The campaign "is designed to reenergize and reinvigorate the anime fandom and individual anime brand with fun games and activities for the enjoyment of the general public."
This year's Otaku Xperience has the theme: “Philippine Anime New World Order.” Line-up of events include the following:

- Jpop Singing Contest
- Matsuri Contest
- Cosplay Competition
- Anime Drawing Contest
- Voice Dubbing Contest
- Banzai
- Toy Designing Contest
- JFashionista Fashion Show
- Toys and Cosplay Photography Contest
- Fun Games and Many More
Last year's event was attended by more than 5,000 students including Japanese and korean guests.
This year's activities are designed not only to please the local guests but for the delight of the international guests and members as well.
