Play with Bots in K.O.S. Secret Operations

First Person Shooter games has invaded the online gaming community. What with Warrock, Special Force, Crossfire, and Operation 7 giving us the satisfaction of a quick kill (or death, for that matter) and bringing us back to the good old days of Counter Strike excitement.


But speaking of Counter Strike, Level Up!'s upcoming FPS, K.O.S. Secret Operations is powered by the Valve source engine! What's the connection? Counter Strike is Valve-powered, too. And it kinda excites me cuz you can actually play with bots in K.O.S.

Not that I enjoy playing with bots more than real players. It's just that when you're bored and don't really wanna wait for all the gamers in the room to click "ready," you can actually start a match-up with bots for a quick fun!

I don't know but I have this feeling that K.O.S. Secret Operations will give SF a run for their money.

Cabal Online: Channel Reduction

There will be channel reduction in Cabal Online. Oops! Do we sense a bad performance here? There's really no reason to lessen the channels unless of course when they find their channels more than what they really need to handle their traffic.

That is, less players, less channels. Ack!

That's what I'm saying.

They really should have given more effort to make the game bot-free.

Oh well. Bots really turn me off.

Grand Chase: The Ignis Mountains

The Ignis Mountains…

It’s the hottest place in the Xenia continent. Active volcanoes scorch the skies with ash, leaving the land in perpetual darkness while rivers of boiling hot lava cut through the countryside.

And in this barren wasteland, a war between gods is brewing.

Level Up! Games' First FPS - K.O.S. Secret Operations

Wow! A new game to compete with Special Force, Operation 7, and Cross Fire?

Level Up! announced yesterday that they will be releasing their first First Person Shooter (FPS) game, K.O.S. Secret Operations, soon. They actually gave a K.O.S. tournament at the World Trade Center during the Level Up! Live event yesterday just to give gamers a feel of the new FPS.

Rohan Online developer YNK Interactive is also the company behind K.O.S. Secret Operations.

e-Games' Road to Domination 4

Advertised to be the biggest year-end gaming event for 2009, R2D4 (Road to Domination 4) is all set to give e-Gamers a time of their lives this November 28th.

What's more, if you're a Cabalista and you're going there with your guild, don't forget to bring your Cabal Online guild banner. You might win for yourselves some cool prizes.

Of course there are tournaments for the best players in town - this time a combo tournament called the King of Combo. If you're joining on this one, though, you have to come early cuz it's only open for the first 20 registrants. Now that's kinda limiting hehe.

There's also the CABAL Triad of Divinity Inter-Server Final Match, and the 3×3 Guild Battle Domination 4 Kick-off Tournament.

I'm kinda sure that even if you're not joining the tourneys and are only there to look around, you will definitely have fun! As for me, since I don't have a VIP pass or something, I'd be happy to just go visit in the last hours of the event. I honestly confess that I can't handle long lines and big crowds. Too bad.
